Shipping
International Orders
Orders shipped outside of Australia may be subject to duties, taxes (VAT), handling fees, and other charges determined by the destination country. These costs are not included in your order total and cannot be reimbursed by Chulle.
We use express international shipping via DHL, with delivery typically taking 3–7 business days depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing or unforeseen delays.
Returns & Exchanges
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and the shipping fee for a new item unless the exchange is due to an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product). Any duties or taxes incurred on the replacement shipment will also be the customer’s responsibility.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Parcels
Once your order has been handed over to our delivery partners, Chulle is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage. If you believe your parcel is missing, please reach out to the courier service directly or contact our customer support team for assistance.
Address Errors & Compensation
We are unable to provide compensation for postage-related issues. However, if an incorrect address was added due to an error on our end, we will take full responsibility and offer compensation accordingly.
If you’ve entered the wrong shipping address at checkout, please email us immediately so we can update it before dispatch. Unfortunately, if your order has already been shipped, we won’t be able to make any changes to the delivery address.
