Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We want you to love your Chulle pieces. If something’s not quite right, here’s how we can help:
Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 5 days of receiving your order, for items that are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
If you need a different size or colour, please email us at info@chulle.com with your order number and your preferred exchange item. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Return shipping costs for exchanges are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
Refunds (Returns)
Refunds are available for full-priced items only, and must be requested within 5 days of receiving your order.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Sale items are non-refundable, but can be exchanged or returned for store credit. Store credit is non-refundable
To request a refund, please email us at info@chulle.com with your order number and reason for return.
Non-returnable items:
Items that appear worn, washed, or altered
Items with visible stains, pet hair, or strong odours
Items purchased at a discounted/sale price
International Orders
Orders shipped outside of Australia may incur duties, taxes (VAT), or other import fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.
For international exchanges or replacements, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees, the shipping cost of the new item, and any duties or taxes on the replacement shipment—unless the exchange is due to a fault on our end.
